Water and earth
Hundreds of landslides in two days trapped people on highways, in vehicles and in homes by rising rivers. They had to be found before they could be helped.
ResQMe is a native iPhone app and a live control room. Hold one button, and responders get where you are, who you are and a picture of what happened, all before the five-second cancel window runs out.
Victims who can't say where they are. Responders who arrive blind. Networks that go dark. People who don't know what to do next.

Every trigger, from the hold button to a fall, a missed check-in or leaving a walk route, runs through the same escalation path. Nothing on this page is a mock-up; these are screens from the running app and console.

Hold for 1.5 s. Responders are pre-picked from your Medical ID and position: coast guard near the shore, ambulance for a condition.

Five seconds to cancel. Meanwhile the phone records audio, takes a photo, snapshots the map and writes a one-line description.

The alert appears on the console in the same second: caller, triage, blood type, allergies, the scene and a live dot.

The responder acknowledges with an ETA and sends the nearest drone. The caller sees each unit on the way.

An SBAR report, the format hospitals use, goes to police, ambulance or coast guard so no one asks questions the patient can't answer.
Native SwiftUI for iOS 26, with Resq the mascot along for the hard moments and the ordinary nights.
From the first touch to the moment help arrives.
Crash and fall detection at 50 Hz, Silent SOS from Siri, Shortcuts or the Action button, live location links, Apple Health import, TOTP and Face ID lock, an offline queue that retries until the alert lands, and a responder mode.
A web console for the people on the other end. It lights up the moment a phone raises an alert, and every action shows up on the caller's screen.
The phone talks to one API. Keys for the LLM, Gemini and Simli stay on the server, which mints short-lived session tokens. Drones run in a server-side simulator; the satellite gateway is proposed.

One escalation pathThe hold button, crash and fall detection, walk deviation and missed check-ins share one countdown. Scene capture runs alongside, so it never delays the alert.
Signed, single-use satellite packetsAn RQ1 packet is about 77 characters, signed with HMAC-SHA256 under a per-user key kept in the Keychain. Replays and stale packets are rejected.
Works offline firstDetection, countdown and quick dial run on the phone. An alert raised without signal is queued and retried until it lands, with the location it was raised at.
Two minutes, start to finish: an alert from the phone, the control room lighting up, a drone in the air and a handoff.
